  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support employee relations activities, including organizing employee events, addressing employee inquiries, and assisting with conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and assisting with audits.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee attendance records, track leave requests, and ensure OT accurate calculation.
  • Foreign worker management including onboarding, off boarding and renewals.
