Product Manager (Digital/ AI)

A leading organization is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative digital and AI-powered products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, customer experience, and driving business impact through digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of digital and AI-enabled products, from concept development through launch and optimization
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities and customer needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, UX/UI, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Translate market trends, customer insights, and business challenges into scalable product opportunities
- Establish and track product performance metrics such as adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business value
- Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to support product innovation
- Ensure products comply with data governance standards, ethical AI principles, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions to ensure alignment and successful implementation
- Foster a customer-centric, agile, and data-driven product culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- 5–8 years of product management experience, including managing digital platforms or AI/ML-driven products
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies such as Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, Computer Vision, or enterprise digital ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience with agile product delivery, product discovery, and user experience methodologies
