• Strong communication & content creation skills.
• Customer-oriented with good follow-up and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines independently.
• Tech-savvy; CRM & basic design tool knowledge is an advantage.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, creative, results-focused, and willing to learn financial products.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote financial products.
• Manage and optimize online ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.) to generate leads.
• Create content and visuals to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies to improve results.
• Engage with potential clients via social media, email, live chat, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and compliant messaging.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity for improvement opportunities.
• Manage social media presence and contribute to brand growth.
• Support virtual events/webinars to attract and educate prospects.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
