Sales Representative 销售代表 (Mandarin Speaker) (High comm, Hybrid mode)

What you need to do:

• Look for new sales and business opportunities using cold calls, networking, and social media.

• Research market trends and customer needs to find sales opportunities and increase revenue.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and prospects to ensure they stay happy and engaged.

• Create clear sales reports for management, showing performance and ways to grow.

• Interested in exploring opportunities in the plantation or coconut industry.

• Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in branding design, particularly on telemarketing, cold calling, busines development etc.

• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.

• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, positive attitude and knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and practices, especially in Chinese-speaking communities.

• Responsible and reliable with a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Adaptability and willingness to collaborate with others to meet business goals.

• Available to participate in company events on weekends or public holidays.

• Fresh graduate are most welcome!
