Finance Executive

Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Accountancy (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance role.
- Familiarity with audit procedures; knowledge of SAP/SQL systems preferred. Tax exposure is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills are highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful and able to maximize efficiency with limited resources.
- Oversee daily Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and managing customer portals.
- Evaluate and enhance AR processes; maintain updated training manuals with proper documentation control.
- Generate monthly reports on AR/AP, collection performance, and financial analysis for management review.
- Process staff claims, expense vouchers, and check payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support accounting entries, financial transactions, audits, and ad-hoc finance initiatives.
- Address customer inquiries, escalate unresolved issues, and calculate local NCH commissions.
- Carry out additional ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
