All about the job:
The Global Technology and Labs is a global team (290+ employees) based in 4 different continents (Europe, Asia, North & South America) responsible to drive, at global level, the definition and the deployment of the technology roadmap for the following domains related to Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers:
- Digital & Power Electronic;
- Electric components and mechatronics systems;
- Human machine interface solutions;
- Control Algorithms and Artificial Intelligence;
- Washing and Drying Product functionalities.
Within this complex organization, the Digital & Program Office is growing and we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team.
In this role you will act as a reference between the Technology & Laboratories, Architectures, and other functions.
In detail you will:
- Create and maintain the “Global Tech&Lab Planning” in accordance with Generation Plan, Cost & Quality and Technologic Road Map.
- Synchronize and link the Tech&labs departments plans into single plan
- Monitor status of activities, follow-up necessary updates, manage the escalation in case of necessity
- Support the identification and solution of the critical points of planned projects
- Guarantee the alignment of projects between R&D teams
- Guarantee Check Point material availability and presence
- Monitor the overall project/activity status within Tech&Labs organization
- Responsible for project planning with respect of:
- Testing Capabilities optimization
- Standardization of timeframe and resources/ type of test (Standard Time);
- Prototype optimization, planning along projects and life management
Who you are:
- Engineering degree or technical diploma
- You are goal oriented but you never forget to be a team player.
- Flexibility is in your DNA.
- You have the sensibility for a 360 view on projects.
- Microsoft Projects know-how (must have).
- English language

The position is based in our Porcia (PN) Plant, where you will find our R&D for Care organization.
