Key Account Manager (Mandarin speaker)

Bachelor's degree or above, no restrictions on major; candidates with a background in Business English, International Trade, Mechanical/Automation Engineering, etc. are preferred.
  • Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing, with bilingual (Chinese and English) business working ability. Capable of independently completing full English business communication, interpreting in international conferences, and writing professional business emails.
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in major customer maintenance, business coordination, project coordination or customer relationship management. Candidates with experience in major customer liaison in the semiconductor or automation equipment industry are preferred (no mandatory requirement for business development experience).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, cross-cultural communication awareness, strong business acumen, able to accurately capture customer needs and efficiently mobilize cross-departmental resources to solve problems.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented, stable emotions, outstanding stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-task working environment, and willing to accept short-term business trips (Malaysia/Chengdu projects).
  • Reliable, proactive, with good customer service awareness and professional ethics, capable of independentlyconducting major customer maintenance work.
  • Experience in direct liaison with foreign enterprises or overseas customers, familiar with the entire process of semiconductor industry project performance, and holding relevant certificates in Business English or interpretation.
  • - Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing and maintaining long-term strategic business relationships through effective communication, relationship development, and regular progress updates.
  • Utilize English as the primary working language to handle professional business communication, including drafting business emails, preparing reports, and providing interpretation support during cross-border meetings to ensure accurate and smooth communication between parties.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and internal project teams by overseeing the full project execution lifecycle, including delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, acceptance, and operational support to ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
  • Manage end-to-end commercial processes including purchase order coordination, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, change request management, payment tracking, and collection follow-up in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Monitor client updates, project developments, potential risks, and changing business requirements, while proactively coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and minimize operational or commercial risks.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, complaints, and urgent matters by coordinating internal resources to ensure effective issue resolution and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of client communication records, meeting minutes, project milestones, and business-related documents to ensure clear traceability and support future business cooperation.
