As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts, from creating impactful campaigns to analysing performance metrics. You’ll bring expertise, creativity, and a results-driven mindset to the table, helping us grow our brand and connect with our clients.

• Execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
• Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. client and product) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Explore and implement growth opportunities, including partnerships, PR, and influencer collaborations.
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine strategies.
• Work closely with freelancers or agencies to deliver high-quality results.
• 6–8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and project management.
• Proven success in planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
• Experience in fintech, personal finance, or a related industry is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Data-driven and results-oriented, with a knack for turning insights into action.
• Passionate about building brands and connecting with audiences in meaningful ways
