Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the FMCG industry; experience in kids, skincare, or hygiene products is a strong plus.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written & spoken).
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce sales performance.
- Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
Collaborate with the design team to create impactful ad creatives and marketing visuals.
Coordinate monthly promotions, festive campaigns, and product launch strategies.- Sales Growth (Online & Offline)
Drive product sales on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and via live sessions.
Identify and onboard new B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
Monitor GMV, AOV, and conversion rates, ensuring monthly sales targets are met.
Set team priorities to ensure alignment with key campaigns and product pushes.- Reporting & Strategy
Analyze campaign and platform performance to optimize marketing strategies.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Research and propose new initiatives to strengthen the Minirain brand in the market.- EPF / Socso / EIS
