- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, able to do night shift will be good.
- Manage customer relationships effectively, building rapport and trust to foster long-term partnerships.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally and empathetically, escalating complex issues to senior management as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company‘s product catalog, including repair and maintenance materials, to provide informed recommendations and solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and initiatives, providing customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, aiming for first-call resolution and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and proactively addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
