Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role within the IT hardware industry.
  • Exhibit strong technical knowledge of IT hardware solutions, including servers, storage, networking equipment, and related technologies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maximize revenue.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site presence in Batu Kawan as required.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team and potential clients, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solutions architecture design.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT hardware solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities, conducting thorough needs assessments and proposing appropriate hardware solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT hardware technologies and industry trends, continuously expanding technical knowledge and expertise to effectively address client inquiries and challenges.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients, working closely with the technical support team to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams, enhancing their understanding of IT hardware solutions and promoting effective utilization.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and provide technical insights to support the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
