Talent Management Executive (中文) - Immediate Hiring - Kuala Lumpur

• Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Talent Management Executive to manage and support a small group of up to 10 content creators, streamers, or influencers. You will act as the communication bridge between talents and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and campaign performance.

• Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for up to 10 assigned talents
• Coordinate and follow up on content deliverables
• Ensure content is submitted on time and meets quality standards
• Track performance (views, engagement, conversions)
• Assist in onboarding new talents
• Work closely with design, campaign, and content teams
• Resolve issues, delays, or miscommunication
• Success Metrics
• Timely content delivery by assigned talents
• High campaign completion and performance rate
• Talent retention and satisfaction
• Quick communication and issue resolution
• Accurate performance tracking and reporting

• Candidate Requirements
• 1–2 years experience in influencer management, PR, or social media
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, or livestream content workflows
• Able to work fully on-site
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (speaking, writing and reading required)
• Preferably below 28 years old
• Must be comfortable working in the digital content/influencer industry
