Internship - Infrastructure & Networks

We are offering an internship opportunity for students who are interested in building their career as a Technician in IT, Networking, and Security Systems. The intern will assist our technical team in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks, while gaining real-world experience in handling projects at customer sites.

• Assist in installation of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and network cabling.
• Support in setting up and maintaining IT equipment (computers, printers, and networking devices).
• Shadow senior technicians in troubleshooting customer issues on-site and remotely.
• Learn how to use hand tools and testing equipment for cabling and system setup.
• Support the team in preparing materials, tools, and equipment for daily jobs.
• Prepare simple daily task reports and update supervisors on progress.
• Observe how senior technicians’ complete tasks and prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) as part of the learning process.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of IT, networking, or electrical wiring will be an added advantage.
• Willing to learn hands-on technical skills and work both indoors and outdoors.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to gain practical knowledge.
