Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in IT infrastructure design, implementation, or administration.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting virtual and physical server environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and SAN/NAS storage systems.
• Familiarity with backup tools (e.g., Cohesity, Veeam) and IT monitoring platforms (e.g., SolarWinds).
• Knowledge of network security, TCP/IP, and tools like Palo Alto, FortiGate, and F5 load balancers.
• Strong skills in configuring wireless access points, firewalls, routers, and VPNs.
• Certifications: IT certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco) are highly desirable.
