about the Role

While different companies may have specific requirements (We are looking forward to your application, and we can share further details about the specific job scopes with you!) , the basic requirements and expectations for a Quantity Surveyor generally revolve around these core areas:

• Cost Planning: Preparing estimates and conducting feasibility studies.
• Tender Management: Handling tender documents, evaluating bids, and drafting contracts.
• Financial Control: Managing payments, variations, claims, and reporting on project finances.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Final Account: Negotiating and agreeing on final project costs.
• Value Engineering: Finding cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaison: Communicating with all project stakeholders.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will work collaboratively with a team of Senior Contract Executives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• A Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a closely related field
• Experience in construction, consultancy, or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
