- Create compelling captions and write-ups in both English and Mandarin to maximize audience reach and engagement across diverse demographics.
- Produce high-quality video content, including filming and editing, to showcase 21Group's content training, social media marketing, and management services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, plan content calendars, and ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in social media management tasks, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content strategies and maximize ROI.
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as required by the marketing team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies aligned with 21Group's social media marketing objectives, ensuring brand consistency and audience growth.
- Create high-quality written content, including captions, blog posts, and social media copy, optimized for various platforms and target demographics, in both English and Mandarin.
- Produce visually appealing video content, encompassing filming, editing, and post-production, to enhance brand storytelling and drive audience engagement across social media channels.
- Design compelling graphics and visual assets, such as social media posts, infographics, and promotional materials, adhering to brand guidelines and capturing audience attention.
- Manage and maintain content calendars, scheduling posts and monitoring performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the social media marketing and management teams to brainstorm creative content ideas, ensuring alignment with overall marketing campaigns and client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve content quality and expand reach within the creator ecosystem.
