- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCad, Prota, Sidra, StaadPro, etc.
- Performing analysis, design and drafting for building, structure, infrastructure, foundation and ensuring the optimum engineering design solution and details for construction use
- Preparing cost estimation, bill of quantities, tender documents and assessment report
- Liaison with client, consultants, authorities, contractors and suppliers to understand the project requirements and expectations
- Preparing submission documents, follow up, making compliance to authorities' requirements and comments in order to obtain approval or permit to start work and grant CCC upon completion
- Attending meetings, site visit, inspections and testing to ensure the site works are in compliance and of good quality
- Lead and monitor designer and draftperson to make sure the deliverables are meeting project's needs and mistake-free.
