About the Role
Lips Carpenter is a Malaysian clean beauty brand known for our personalised lip care and cosmetics.
As we expand across Malaysia and Singapore, we’re looking for someone energetic, street-smart, and sales-driven to represent our brand at bazaars, pop-ups, and corporate workshops.
If you enjoy talking to people, selling beauty products, and making things happen on the ground — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do- Source and evaluate new bazaar and event opportunities
- Represent Lips Carpenter at bazaars, pop-ups, and retail events
- Actively engage customers and drive product sales
- Recruit and manage part-time promoters
- Ensure booths run smoothly and achieve daily sales targets
- Manage corporate workshops and brand activations
- Strong sales mindset and comfortable engaging customers
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Highly proactive and able to solve problems independently
- Organised and able to manage events and promoters
- Comfortable working weekends and event days
- ✅ Own transport (car) required for travelling around Klang Valley
- You enjoy selling and interacting with people
- You like action and on-the-ground work
- You take ownership of results and sales numbers
- You are resourceful and don't wait to be told what to do
Location & Compensation
Events across Klang ValleyOffice base: Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
Base salary + commission tied to event sales. High performers are directly rewarded.
