Lab Assistant

• Basic knowledge of functional machines and laboratory equipment.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

SIG mainly exports its products to international markets such as the USA, European Countries, South America, China, Japan, Mexico, Australia and Canada.

• Produce accurate, reliable data and interpret results effectively.
• Perform color assessments and evaluations.
• Follow established methodologies when carrying out routine tasks.
• Adhere strictly to procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Document activities, record results, and manage data entry and retrieval.
• Provide administrative support to the superior when required.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and comply with safety rules and regulations at the workstation.
• Conduct laboratory tests according to customer requirements and protocols, including supporting in-house testing requests from relevant departments.
• Prepare in-house job routines and assist team members with testing assignments.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members to resolve laboratory test issues.
