- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and social media marketing.

- Deep understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- A creative, dynamic, and energetic individual with a passion for digital trends and social media.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Positive, self-motivated, and a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and execute creative digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and online traffic across all platforms.
- Create compelling content tailored to different audiences for social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Actively manage and maintain the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
- Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to implement innovative marketing ideas.
- Plan and execute campaigns to maximize ROI, including tracking and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for all digital platforms.
- Lead initiatives to increase customer engagement, follower growth, and conversions through interactive content and campaigns.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns while achieving key objectives.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, website analytics, and social media metrics.
- Organize and update the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Perform other ad hoc duties related to marketing as assigned by the Management.
