Management Trainee - Bakery

• Minimum 2 years of experience of bakery culinary
• Able to Multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and willing to learn

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Be hands-on in daily bakery and kitchen operations
• Learn and uphold the art of Japanese bakery standards — quality, precision, and consistency
• Ensure every product reflects our commitment to excellence
• Work closely with both kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless experience

• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards
• Ensure proper portioning, freshness, and product quality
• Take ownership in identifying and resolving operational gaps
• Keep the kitchen environment clean, organized, and efficient

• Guide and support team members during shifts
• Act as a mentor (“buddy”) to new staff
• Build a positive, respectful, and high-trust team environment
• Learn how to manage shifts, plan manpower, and lead operations
• Gain exposure to inventory, cost control, and wastage management
• Understand daily operations, reporting, and decision-making
• Develop the mindset to balance people, quality, and business performance
