What You’ll Be Doing- Achieve and exceed monthly mortgage loan sales targets, focusing on completed projects (sub-sales market).
- Identify and acquire new customers through effective prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend the most suitable mortgage solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property agents, and developers.
- Stay informed on property market trends and mortgage regulations.
- Ensure all lending activities are in full compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Diploma or Degree holders in any field.
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or mortgage—but fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about sales, customer service, and the property/finance industry.
- Driven, outgoing, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic Salary: RM2,400 – RM3,000
- Fixed Allowances:
- RM300 Travelling
- RM100 Telephone
