About the Program
The NextGen Manager Initiative is Xiaomi Malaysia’s fast-track development program designed to shape future store leaders. Over 12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience, leadership training, and mentorship—preparing you to become a Store Manager by the end of the journey.
This is not a desk job. IT’s a launchpad for ambitious individuals who want to lead, grow, and make an impact in the world of tech retail.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
Support team scheduling, coaching, and performance tracking
Analyze store KPIs and contribute to business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing and outreach
Shadow experienced managers and take on leadership responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Retail, or related preferred)
Passionate about technology, retail, and customer engagement
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work 6 days/week, 7.5 hours/day (rotational shifts)
Energetic, adaptable, and eager to grow into a leadership role
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus- Annual Leave and Medical Leave
