A Leading Property Developer is Seeking a Head of Branding & Communications Based in Kuala Lumpur.

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap to elevate the company’s corporate brand, market presence, and industry visibility.
• Strengthen brand positioning through multi-channel communications, highlighting the company’s unique selling propositions and value-driven narrative.
• Develop innovative yet practical frameworks and guidelines to standardize branding and communications efforts across the organization.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact, hospitality-driven events that reflect the company’s brand values and foster stakeholder engagement

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in branding, communications, or corporate affairs, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the property development or real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategic brand positioning, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives across internal and external audiences.
• Strong experience in dealing with media, public relations, external agencies, and community engagement programs.
