Project Site Supervisor

We looking for a Project Supervisor with a PW certification who can effectively lead site activities, ensure safety and quality, manage resources and schedules, solve technical issues, and guarantee work is completed according to specifications and client needs.Key Requirements for Project Supervisor:

• Coordination & Management: Ability to coordinate, manage, and lead all project activities within the assigned area, including schedule, safety, and quality.
• Safety Focus: Conduct kick-off safety briefings and ensure adherence to safety practices on-site.
• Resource Management: Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain daily records of personnel, machinery, and construction progress; monitor and prepare daily reports on site progress.
• Problem Solving: Timely discover and provide feedback on site issues, and promptly contact relevant departments for solutions.
• Work Planning: Develop on-site work plans and coordinate subcontractors according to the overall project plan, preparing material demand plans in advance.
• Technical Skills: Troubleshooting systems during and after installation.
• Quality Management: Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as required by the quality management system.
• Supervisory Skills: Supervise, monitor, and control daily work at the project site and ensure adherence to document control procedures.
• Site Standards: Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the work area is safe (100% precaution against incidents).
• Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions.
• Schedule Adherence: Ensure site/work progress follows the schedule and avoids delays to meet deadlines.
• Client Requirements: Ensure all work meets approved drawings and client requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct Testing & Commissioning and Quality Checks on the project site; ensure workmanship and product quality by installer/worker are in good condition.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Responsible for resolving any technical issues on-site.
• PW Certification: Must possess a valid PW certification.
• Experience: (Implied from "Supervisor" title) Likely requires prior experience in a supervisory role within construction or a related field.
