Job Summary :

We are seeking for a proactive and personable Mandarin-speaker Senior Client Relationship Executive to join our client service team. The role is responsible for maintaining strong relationship with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing service excellence through both on-site visits and various communication channels.

Ideal candidate will also be capable of negotiating and closing sales opportunities when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients through phone, email, in-person meetings, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing timely support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure to deliver the work within the given timeframe.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and present solutions that add value to the client.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, or service updates to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts or terms, when necessary, with a focus on building win-win outcomes.
  • Monitor client satisfaction to maintain high-quality experiences.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, issues, and feedback using internal systems.
  • Arrange schedule to attend client meetings or site visits to support business relationships and address operational concerns.
