Marketing Executive

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services, immigration, education, or real estate sectors.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
• Creative thinker, self-motivated, and willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.

• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns (both digital and offline).
• Collaborate closely with the operations and management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

• Develop engaging marketing content, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
• Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.

• Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, XHS, TikTok & etc.) and grow online presence.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and assist in SEO/SEM strategies.

• Support in organizing seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and international marketing roadshows.
• Prepare event materials, liaise with speakers, and ensure brand consistency.

• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure materials reflect Exodus’s premium and professional image.
• Assist in developing press releases and media engagement where needed.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
