Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in F&B operations or restaurant management (Experience in a similar role is highly preferred!).
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Efficiency: Ability to handle paperwork, manage schedules, process orders, and maintain operational reports efficiently.
Responsibility
  1. Operational: Oversee daily operations, from opening to closing, ensuring smooth service and timely execution. Coordination between front-of-house and kitchen is key.
  2. Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate staff, handle scheduling, training, and resolve conflicts. Foster a positive and productive team culture.
  3. Guest Experience: Ensure each guest has a memorable experience, handling concerns and complaints with professionalism, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  4. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, inventory, and place orders, ensuring financial targets and stock levels are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
  5. Health & Safety Standards: Ensure the restaurant consistently meets all safety, hygiene, and food quality regulations.
