Barista Part Time

• Open to Students or fresh graduates
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Must have good communication skills, confident and presentable
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays

• 4 to 5 days a week 6 hours per day (Schedule by Store in Charge)

Coffee Preparation:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of various coffee drinks.
• Ensure consistency in the quality and taste of beverages prepared.
• Learn and follow standard recipes and techniques for making coffee drinks.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

Equipment Handling:

• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the PIC.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
• Restock supplies as needed and inform the PIC of any shortages.
• Assist in managing waste by following proper portion control and storage practices.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, counters, and customer seating areas.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing and sanitization procedures.
• Ensure that all beverages are prepared in a clean environment and meet hygiene standards.
