Job OverviewWe are excited to open internship opportunities in both our Sales and Operations teams. As an intern, you will support day-to-day functions by providing administrative assistance, maintaining organized documentation, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth processes.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in either Sales Administration or Operations & Training Support, depending on your interest and academic background.
Qualifications & Requirements- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field (internship must be a university/college requirement).
- Good organizational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM or project/task management tools is a plus (training will be provided).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Intern (Sales Administration Support)- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents to support the sales process.
- Manage and organize sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Operations) to facilitate smooth processing of sales requests.
- Assist with client-related tasks such as scheduling meetings, following up on inquiries, and ensuring clear communication.
- Prepare, format, and update training-related documents, templates, and records in shared drives and task management platforms.
- Support data entry, filing, and organization of attendance records, venue quotations, and training materials.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for internal training activities, including scheduling, preparation, and material distribution.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows and compliance with internal procedures.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in preparing documents, data entry, and record management.
- Organizational Skills: Maintaining well-structured records and documentation for easy access and compliance.
- Communication: Clear and professional communication with team members, clients, and internal departments.
