- Prior experience in interior fit-out works is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Independent, resourceful, proactive, and team player
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Coordinate and supervise project work across various sites
- Manage project schedules efficiently
- Review M&E drawings and follow up on discrepancies
- Implement project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, and documentation
- Ensure smooth progress and timely completion of site works
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project-related matters
