• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, including features, warranties, and pricing.
• Guide customers through the used vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options in accordance with dealership policies.
• Submit loan application for customer
• Follow up with potential and past customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the dealership’s reputation.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:
