Ticketing Executive (Penang Branch) - Bukit Mertajam

This is a full-time on-site role as a Ticketing Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma/ Bachelor in any field or any equivalent experience in the any field
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience
• Need to have the minimum knowledge about the flight ticket booking system (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre)
• Passionate on working with the team
• Have good and soft communication skill with the customer
• Work well with teammates.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to flight bookings, hotel reservations, travel insurance, and visa applications.
• Source competitive airfares and formulate corporate travel policies.
• Stay updated on current airline fares and conditions.
• Administer daily ticketing tasks such as issuing tickets, processing payments, handling invoices, and managing refunds.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Provide timely and effective customer service via phone and email, including after-hours emergency calls.
• Manage ticketing administration including queue management, schedule changes, cancellations, exchanges, re-issues, debit memos, and e-ticketing.
• Managed group booking series Ticket as when required.
