Manufacturing Supervisor

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in food manufacturing, with at least 6 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, production systems, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines

- Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines
- Lead, train, and manage supervisors, line leaders, and production operators
- Ensure all products comply with HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, HALAL, and other quality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce operational waste
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth equipment operation and preventive maintenance
- Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for stock availability
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and conduct safety audits and risk assessments
- Prepare production reports, KPIs, and operational improvement plans for management review
