Position : Account Executive Competency:

• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Candidates must possess at least Degree
• More than 2 years of working experience in Account field.
• Computer literate, competent in internet and Microsoft Office, experience in SǪL
• Experience in dealing with bank and financing institution
• Experience with account payable G account receivable job scope
• Positive attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibility:

• Provide general account support, ensure proper filing of documents, mailing, copying, sorting
• Assist in accounting and data entry assistance
• Compile receipts and update cash flow
• Process and update invoices, delivery order
• Monitor and call for payment collection
• Prepare weekly cash flow report
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Manufacturing background Authority:

• Sign letter of authorization for our despatch personnel to execute documentation submission and collection for the company
• Authorised to deal with customer for payment collection and supplier for payment related
• Any other authority assigned by superior / HOD from time to time
