Operations Coordinator

Possess SPM or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse/logistics is an advantage but not required.
- Able to understand English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Hardworking, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
- Basic office software skills, especially Excel, are an advantage.
- Arrange daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring inventory data is accurate and updated in a timely manner. 负责日常出入库安排，确保库存数据准确及时更新
- Follow up on shipment progress (ETA), and coordinate transportation, customs clearance, and receiving activities. 跟进货物运输进度（ETA），协调运输、清关及收货事宜
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure physical inventory matches records. 定期进行库存盘点，确保账实相符
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure real-time updates of stock data. 维护准确的库存水平，确保库存数据实时更新
- Perform regular stock counts (cycle counts / monthly stocktakes). 定期进行库存盘点（循环盘点 / 月度盘点）
- Monitor inventory movement (inbound and outbound). 监控库存出入库情况
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders. 接收、检查并核对到货商品与送货单是否一致
- Ensure all materials are properly stored and clearly labeled. 确保所有物料正确存放并做好标识
