- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities.

Graphic Design & Content Creation- Design engaging visual content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and online promo.
- Develop materials such as posters, story visuals, banners, and video thumbnails.
- Create promotional assets including short videos, GIFs, and motion graphics when needed.
- Maintain brand consistency in all designs by following established brand guidelines.
- Create local design materials upon request from internal teams or management.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks such as resizing or adapting graphic materials received from Japan for local use.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Write creative and brand-aligned captions and select relevant hashtags.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Propose new creative content ideas to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars.
- Stay up to date with current trends, challenges, and best practices on social media platforms.
- Capture and edit product photos or short videos for use in marketing materials.
- Ensure media assets are visually appealing and aligned with brand identity.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
