Online Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online sales team and grow sales through TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, livestream activities, social media campaigns, and marketplace promotions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, marketplace management, team leadership, and campaign planning.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, online marketing, or marketplace management.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, Meta Business Suite, or other online selling platforms is preferred.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, wellness, FMCG, or lifestyle products will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of online consumer behavior, digital campaigns, livestream sales, and marketplace promotions.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
• Data-driven, sales-oriented, and proactive in improving business results.

• Lead and manage the e-commerce sales and marketing team.
• Develop and execute online sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage and grow sales through platforms such as TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and other online channels.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Analyze product performance, customer behavior, traffic, conversion rate, and sales trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales, product visibility, and customer conversion.

• Oversee product listings, pricing, bundles, vouchers, promotions, and campaign activities.
• Ensure product pages are well presented with accurate descriptions, attractive visuals, and updated promotional information.
• Plan and coordinate marketplace campaigns, flash sales, payday sales, festive promotions, and livestream sales activities.
• Work closely with platform support teams, affiliates, and partners where required.

• Plan and execute monthly digital marketing campaigns.
• Work with the creative team to prepare content for social media, marketplace banners, short videos, livestream materials, and advertisements.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.
• Review campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data and market response.

• Supervise and guide sales, admin, and digital marketing team members.
• Assign daily and weekly tasks to ensure smooth execution.
• Train the team on product knowledge, customer handling, online selling techniques, and campaign execution.
• Conduct regular team discussions to review sales progress, campaign plans, and operational matters.

Reporting & Analysis
