Sales & Operations Support Assistant
Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. SPM but with experience is welcome.
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, sales coordination, or administrative support (experience in building materials/flooring industry is an advantage). Fresh Graduates are welcome too.
Skills:
Good communication skills (verbal & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with SQL accounting software preferred.
Basic knowledge of sales documents (Quotation, Invoice, Delivery Order, Credit Note).

Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable.
Customer Handling – Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp, calls, and email inquiries; provide product info and quotations.
Sales Processing – Issue quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and credit notes; collect and record payments.
Delivery & Logistics – Arrange customer deliveries and supplier pickups; update customers on order status.
Complaint Management – Handle and resolve customer complaints and product returns.
Reporting – Prepare report
Team Coordination – Liaise with operations, purchasing, and accounts for smooth order fulfillment.
