- Must be able to supervise workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently;
- Strong sense of responsibility and good execution skills;
- Physically fit and willing to engage in hands-on warehouse work;
- Team player with a proactive and hardworking attitude;
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming goods;
- Arrange and shelve stock in an orderly and efficient manner;
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare parcels according to customer orders;
- Monitor and supervise daily work of general warehouse staff;
- Ensure proper execution of warehouse SOPs and task delegation;
- Conduct stock counts and inventory updates;
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment;
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments when needed;
- Coordinate with supervisor and support daily warehouse operations.
