Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional certificate
- At least 1 years working experience handling account receivables
- Require language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Accounting System will be an advantage.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
- Must be willing to work at our office located at Kepong.
- Skillful in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Team player, has a good sense of responsibility and work independently with minimum supervision
- Handle account receivables/account payable.
- Responsible on monthly closing on account receivables and reconcile the various payment modes such as E-wallet, debit/credit cards.
- Preparing weekly collection variance report for management review
- Responsible for month end closing, ensure all accounting entries are updated accordingly and timely manner.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal department, external auditors and other external parties for audits, taxation and other financial matters
- Reconciliation processed work by verifying entries and match back with system transactions
- Assists ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors
