Operational Support
  • Manage the distribution of office stationery and other company assets.

Directory & Reception Duties
  • Attend to incoming phone calls and transfer them to the relevant departments. Welcome and register office visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Waste Management
  • Compile and update data related to waste disposal and collection.
Staff Personal Claims & Business Travel Check
  • Verify staff personal claim submissions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the arrangement of business travel accommodations and logistics.
  • Ensure timely submission and processing of claims.
Company Statutory Compliance
  • Keep track of all company licenses, certificates, and statutory documents.
  • Ensure renewals are completed before expiry dates.
Maintenance Work Order Coordination
  • Issue maintenance work orders for repair or servicing needs.
  • Follow up with the Engineering Team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and reports.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Possess own transport.
