Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Assist with daily office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies, managing mail, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- Accurately perform data entry for various company records, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally, both written and verbal, serving as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain organized and efficient record-keeping systems, both physical and digital, for important documents and information.
- Support the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking as needed.
