Preferable Mandarin/Cantonese speaking

The ability to follow up and communication
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Computer literate in Microsoft Office application and accounting software (Autocount)
Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
To sources, select, evaluate and negotiate with supplier
To Plan, executive, coordinate all the purchasing activities which include prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price arrange and monitor delivery of goods purchase
Verify invoices & good received before channeling to Accounts for payment
To perform price analysis and evaluation in order to assist management decision (collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends)
Assist sales department on issue Quotation to Debtor
To ensure compliance with all Company's operating policiesj procedures and standing instructions
Any ad-hoc assigned by the superior
