Administrative Medical Assistant

Job Requirements:

• Language Skills:Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a must (to communicate effectively with our local Chinese-speaking community). Good command of English and Malay is also required.
• Personality: You are a "people-person"—cheerful, proactive, and patient-focused. A positive attitude is more important to us than technical perfection.
• Education/Experience:Open to SPM/STPM/Diploma holders. Fresh graduates or candidates from Retail/F&B backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply asfull training will be provided.
• Location:Ability to work at ourBukit Indah branch consistently.
• Availability: Willing to work on a shift-rotation basis (including weekends/public holidays) to serve the community's needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Patient Concierge: Greet patients with a warm smile, manage registrations, and handle appointment scheduling efficiently using our clinic system.
• Clinical Support: Assist doctors during consultations and simple procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and safe.
• Dispensary Management: Pack and label medications accurately according to the doctor’s prescription and explain the dosage/usage clearly to patients.
• Administrative Care: Maintain accurate patient records, process payments, and ensure the clinic environment is always tidy, welcoming, and organized.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure a smooth flow of operations and a positive experience for every visitor.
