Internship account cum admin - Ampang Jaya

• Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking
• Support the preparation of financial reports, bank reconciliations, and petty cash statements
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and records, both digital and physical
• Assist in filing tax-related documents and liaising with relevant authorities, when needed
• Help ensure proper documentation for claims, reimbursements, and supplier payments
• Coordinate with vendors and finance-related external parties, as assigned
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews by preparing required documentation
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the finance supervisor

Key Responsibilities(Admin):

• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management ,Human resource roles and Administration task.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
• Assist in internal communication and coordination across departments
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Undergraduate student in Account, Business Administration, Business Management or any related field.
• Available for a full-time internship
• Strong desire to learn with a sense of ownership.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
