Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of fundamental engineering principles and their practical applications.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Showcase proficiency in presentation skills to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Display a foundational understanding of solution selling methodologies and the ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and a willingness to develop expertise in technical sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to travel to client sites within Malaysia
- Provide technical support and solution selling expertise to the sales team throughout the sales process, ensuring effective communication of technical aspects to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and technical capabilities of SPCL Systems' offerings to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their engineering and technical requirements, translating those needs into tailored solutions that align with SPCL Systems' capabilities.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documentation to effectively communicate the value proposition of SPCL Systems' solutions to clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing ongoing technical support, addressing inquiries, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, engineering principles, and competitor activities to maintain a strong understanding of the market landscape and effectively position SPCL Systems' solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering and technical consulting teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
