Work Mode: During first three months (including training period) its work from office and then from 4th month onwards IT will be fully work from home.

Qualifications:

• Education requirement: Diploma and above. If have BPO company experience can accept SPM
• Need someone to start from 16th June 2025.
• Can read and type in Traditional mandarin.
• Omni channel : Live Chat, Outbound call, email.
• 1 year and above Customer Service experience (not necessary be BPO company experience)
