- Related knowledge & experience in SMT Electronic Industries for SMT Equipment, Reflow, Wave Soldering, Selective etc.
- Possesses strong communication skill, organization, technical expertise

- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' equipment and systems.
- Provide on-site training to customers, 24/7 on call to support customers issue on site.
- Actively involved in the new equipment hardware and setup on new machine purchases by customer.
- Drive analysis at equipment, hardware and preventive maintenance and repair data .
- Install, configure, and test new equipment to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and installations, in detail.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand client needs and provide technical solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Assist in training clients on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and procedures.
