JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Who you are:

Astro-Owned Affiliate Monetisation
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to monetise Astro’s digital inventory (web, mobile, apps, content platforms).
  • Identify and onboard relevant affiliate networks and technology platforms to maximise revenue potential.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with advertisers, merchants, and affiliate partners.
  • Analyse campaign data and affiliate performance to continually optimise yields and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to ensure seamless implementation and tracking.
Client-Facing Consultation & Services
  • Act as a strategic consultant for clients who wish to engage Astro to implement and manage affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Understand client goals and craft affiliate solutions that align with their brand and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and reporting of client affiliate campaigns with clear KPIs.
  • Provide education and insights to clients on the affiliate ecosystem, compliance, and best practices.
Operational & Strategic Oversight
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance, ROI, and partner payouts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new platforms, and changes in affiliate policies and regulations.
  • Drive innovation in monetisation models including cost-per-action (CPA), cost-per-lead (CPL), and revenue-sharing arrangements.
